Are you looking for an opportunity where you can work with digital solutions and be close to customers? We are seeking a dedicated Solution Specialist to support our vision and potential for digital solutions in domestic buildings.
What is the job about?
We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our developing team. This role is crucial in driving the adoption and commercialization of innovative digital solutions within domestic buildings, working HVAC and Cold Water products. The relevant candidate will be the anchor between various functions at Grundfos to support with information regarding digital solutions and be instrumental in ensuring that our offerings are sufficiently onboarded to relevant stakeholders.
Commercializing of digital solutions
In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our digital solutions which are various apps offered to our customers, installers and homeowners. You will ensure that the organization is trained and onboarded to the different solutions, and support them regarding technical and commercial questions.
Coordinating between product and digital development, and our commercial product teams, you will stand for ensuring that our digital solutions can thrive.
You will find a unique opportunity to touch upon many different functions in a global market-leading company while facing the customer directly at our touchpoints.
Your activities will include:
Build and deliver diverse training programs, underscoring the value of our digital solutions. The goal is to equip the organization with the knowledge and confidence to promote our digital solutions to our customers
As the gatekeeper of information, you will oversee the upkeep of the solution documentation. Your eye for detail and organizational skills will ensure that any updates of our apps are accurately reflected in documentation and that relevant stakeholders are onboarded
Be responsible for feedback to our customers through various channels i.e. app store and ensure that the feedback is channelled into our backlog to ensure customer-oriented innovation
Be part of technical assessments and field tests in different markets and a contribute in new development projects
The position is based in Bjerringbro and requires that you are already located in Denmark.
Your background
We are looking for someone with advanced communication skills and an eye for detail. You have the needed overview to be the go-to person when help and sparring are needed. And you are genuinely interested in being the specialist, making sure that all information is up to date and available to relevant stakeholders.
The ideal candidate would have:
Advanced communication skills, with emphasis on building collaboration between the different teams
Practical mindset with a keen ability to gauge market trends and adept communication accordingly
Experience in a global environment
Interest and experience in digital innovation and product lifecycle management
Proficient in English
