PROJECT MANAGER

The Role

Within the Atlas Copco Crépelle Product company, we are looking for a project manager to contribute to the successful delivery of our product development projects.

You will be part of a diverse engineering team . Within the engineering team you will cooperate with project engineers (mechanical, electrical, calculations) and designers. You will also collaborate with test engineers and mechanics.

Furthermore you will lead a cross functional project in which marketing, purchasing, production, service and engineered solutions will be represented. Together you will drive the product development projects towards successful completion.

What we expect of you?

Your main responsibility will start with analyzing and summarizing technical challenges and opportunities in order to define project scope, timing and budget. Followed by actual project execution where the tasks consist of:

• Lead and Chair project meetings
• Lead unit conceptualization, design activities, qualification plan
• Execute and check component specification and selection
• Coordinate lab and field activities
• Ensure correct release of the products and related documentation
  Coordinate the integration into Atlas Copco tools and the knowledge transfer towards other departments/entities
• Close follow-up and collaboration with all involved departments: production, marketing, purchasing, service, etc.
• Reporting status to management through reports and presentations

You will follow CtP (concept to product )2.0 process.

At the end of the project, it is expected that knowledge is captured and shared across the relevant parties inside the company.
