Our R&D activities cover everything from supporting our new full-scale production facility to developing the next generations of our product and screening complementary technologies. As our new project manager, you will join 30 colleagues in R&D Operations, all working to make sure that our laboratories and systems are able to support the many different development projects that we are currently running or are expecting to do in the future.Who we’re looking forWe need you to evaluate if our current setup can handle our upcoming activities, and if not, formulate project proposals that enable us to fulfill our ambitions:

Consolidate information from multiple internal and external stakeholders and formulate project specifications that can be handed over to our internal project execution teams

Represent the project owners during the execution phase to ensure a continued alignment between the project group and internal stakeholders

Define and handle change requests

Be our project-based interface to our group support functions, HSSEQ, Facility Management, IT, etc.
