Our project pipeline in the Denmark is in rapid growth, and you will be leading the EPC development and preparation activities for several renewables projects. This include leading many technical, organizational, and commercial aspects with the opportunity to develop professionally and take on more responsibility over time.

Your New Role

As our new Project Manager in EPC you will play an important role in delivering utility-scale projects in Denmark.

Working within the structure of the [xxxxx] Project Management Model (PMM) you will be responsible and accountable for planning and driving the alignment of the EPC activities during development and structuring and preparing projects for construction. This will include working with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and manage various technical and commercial activities.

You will be responsible for risk management, timeline management, cost management, supplier management, reporting, and the general compliance of the projects. An important part of this position also entails applying any lesson learned and continuously optimizing and streamlining our project management processes.

You will see yourself in an environment with many interesting tasks. You have solid interpersonal skills to engage with local suppliers, inhouse engineering departments, and be in close contact with developers.

Areas of Responsibilities

• Collaborate within cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, contractors, development Project Managers to optimize and develop project from a techno commercial point of view
• Work within the EE Project Management Model structure and help support the rollout and implementation of newly developed procedures and processes
• Drive EPC activities and deliverables (Grid, Design, Structural, Electrical, Procurement), chair regular team meetings and ensure minutes and actions are issued
• Provide timeline overviews to PPA partners, Lenders and internal stakeholders
• Work closely with the construction team and conduct site visits before construction to identify risks
• Ensure compliance with the various permits, land leases, grid connection, finance, off taker and other agreements in line with key performance indicators, performance monitoring systems, output specifications and contractual requirements
• Deliver and asses CAPEX and timeline estimates for investment decisions to executive management

Your Profile

• You have a bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience
• You have a proven track record of project management preferably within the energy sector
• You are fluent in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing
• You have a valid driver license
• You are willing to travel throughout Denmark – expected 15-20 days a year
• You can work remotely & independently and be self-motivated within a supportive & collaborative company
• You are a creative problem solver
• You have a proactive and diligent approach
• You can balance quality in the context of time & cost pressure.
