As Lead Technical Project Manager, Apps, you will become a part of the Apps department, which is a part of Digital Development within Group Technology & Innovation.
We are a platform department delivering digital product tools - apps and tools to the power of our 4 Divisions in Grundfos. Standardization, modularization and reuse of features across the divisions are high on our agenda. We have development teams based in India that works across projects and Divisions. As Lead Technical Project Manager in Apps you are working close with your peers.
Your main responsibilities:
You are responsible for project specific backlogs based on project plans and requirement specifications.
Ensure that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the team will work on next
Define the product in customer-centric terms, add the definitions to the product backlog, and prioritize them based on importance, and limit/remove dependencies
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into requirements
Ensure the team has a clear understanding of stakeholder needs
Manage backlog items to optimize platform value
Participate in team and projects meetings and sprints
Provide vision and direction to the development teams and stakeholders
Work closely with the business to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value and ROI
What you’ll need to succeed
As Lead Technical Project Manager, you will work closely with different stakeholders, therefore we imagine that you come with a background anchored in product development, with a proven track record of great stakeholder management skills. To be successful we imagine you have:

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant areas or equivalent experience, e.g. within Software, UX or product development
Experience with Jira or other task and requirements management tool
Some years’ experience working with product development, e.g., mobile apps, pc tools
Solid problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working with different stakeholders
Experience with Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams
