As our new Lead Project Manager of OT Security, you will join our Global OT Security Team and be based in our Headquarters, Bjerringbro in Denmark. You will be a part of AME (advanced manufacturing engineering) Digital Manufacturing, and will report directly to Senior Manager, Thomas Horsbøll.

What is the job about?

The overall purpose of the job is to manage a critical role by leading the future activities within OT Security strengthening the maturity level against increasing risk. You will be the key person when it comes to planning, communication and stakeholder engagement in improving OT Security in our operations assets. Furthermore, you will be part of a newly started development team, that with an entrepreneurial mindset increases the innovation height keeping Grundfos production on a competitive leading level.

The Lead Project Manager will set the OT security roadmap and make sure the ambition is integrated in plants and group functions. You will have a big impact here”, says Thomas Horsbøll.

Your accountabilities include:

Establish and maintain a detailed roadmap of OT Security implementation
Establish a solid network withing Grundfos and with our stakeholders
Change management
Planning, budgeting,and coordination of OT Security activities
Drive activities within the roadmap
Interact with AME, IS and Divisions

Your background

We are looking for a Lead Project Manager, who can drive the OT agenda and contribute to the continued success of Grundfos. We imagine that you have:

A B.SC or M.Sc. in IT or Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience with Project Management tools and methods (eg. PRINCE2)
Experience in driving successful change management, preferably in an international, cross-functional matrix organizations
Good influencing and persuading skills combined with the ability to work globally with respect to different cultures
Experience with Operation Technology
Knowledge withing Automation & Control Systems
Knowledge within manufacturing and operation processes
Speak and write English fluently

Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have knowledge within OT or IT security (eg. NIS2 or ISO27001).

You are structured, analytical, and data-driven, capable of prioritizing in a fast-paced environment and identifying the highest-value partners and activities.
