What is the job about?
Based on your broad HR foundation, you will plan, coordinate, problem solve and follow up on deliveries within the HR yearly cycle. You will collaborate with different stakeholders both inside and outside of HR just as you will be a part of HR projects.
Some of the time you work front office answering phone calls and handling requests in our ticketing system. Doing so, you consistently offer high service and always try to find the best and most effective solution. In connection with front office shifts, you can expect to work different hours between 8.00am and 16.00pm.
Your job will also consist of transactional back-office tasks where you specialize in different HR areas:
Prepare contracts and addendums.
Create and maintain masterdata in SuccessFactors.
Pre-join administration.
Offboarding administration.
Administration of courses.
Administration of student recruitments.
Involved in projects such as system implementation or process improvement.
In addition to this, you will be taking a driving and coordinating role in the Danish team in connection with e.g. resource planning, following up on KPI’s and projects and will as such act as extended support for the Service Center manager.

You have an understanding of working with HR systems, and good knowledge of e.g. SAP/EC, SuccessFactors or ServiceNow.
You speak and write Danish and English effortlessly.
