As a Junior Analyst you will join the [xxxxx] Valuation and Advisory team in Copenhagen. You will be an integral part of the team, which is responsible for providing our institutional clients with valuations, market analysis, and commercial advice all related to the real estate market. You will collaborate closely with senior team members, assisting them in a diverse range of analytical tasks and support functions, which will provide you with a steep learning curve and ample opportunities for professional growth.

What will you be doing?

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth research and analysis of various real estate sectors and markets.
• Support preparation of client reports.
• Set up valuation models with the guidance and backing of colleagues.
• Maintain internal databases and support the automation of manual tasks and reports by making intelligent use of available dashboarding software.
• Analysis of large data sets, working with various programming languages.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as KYC and invoicing.
