Your new team
You will be part of our EPC department, where EPC Portfolio Management is a newly established function. Its purpose is to ensure the optimal prioritization of EPC Projects and provide process management for our newly updated project execution model.
How you will create an impact
In this newly created position as Portfolio and Process Coordinator, your main focus will be supporting the Head of Portfolio Management in implementing and maintaining the project execution model and obtaining the best possible data for objective project prioritization. This is a broad role and you will be involved in areas such as portfolio management, process improvement, and data control.

How you will create an impact
In this newly created position as Portfolio and Process Coordinator, your main focus will be supporting the Head of Portfolio Management in implementing and maintaining the project execution model and obtaining the best possible data for objective project prioritization. This is a broad role and you will be involved in areas such as portfolio management, process improvement, and data control.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to
- You will review and request updates of data in the internal project management tool (PLC) to ensure high data quality.
- You will ensure good portfolio planning by following up on time registration, engaging functional managers, and improving guidelines and manuals.
- You will act as a superuser in our QMS system (Soludyne).
- You will align all EPC processes and templates in the QMS system and support functional managers in process documentation.
- You will facilitate reviews and updates, and provide regular monitoring of existing processes.
- You will support the Head of EPC and the functional managers with organizational tasks such as EPC meetings, events, and ad hoc support.
To thrive in this role we imagine you have the following competencies
- You have 1-3 years of relevant experience from a full-time job within engineering, project coordination, or similar experience.
- You are a confident user of systems and tools like QMS, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- You have interest and experience in creating reports and insights for management.
- You have experience working in a matrix organization at the interface between projects and supporting functions such as IT.
- You are fully proficient in English, oral and written.
- You have completed a Bachelor’s or a Master’s at the university level or an equivalent institution within Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
