Aalborg Portland’s Research & Quality Centre are searching for an engaged and service-minded Student Assistant to the office in Aalborg, who will work close together with the Administrative Assistant in the department. You will be a part of an international environment, where you also will work together with different cultures. We are looking for a Student Assistant, who can start the 1st of October 2022 (or close to that date).
You will be an important employee of the administrative staff
The Research & Quality Centre at Aalborg Portland services the entire Cementir Holding group, which are located all around the world. As a Student Assistant you will have the responsibility of various tasks such as:
Your competences
You enjoy taking part in different types of activities, you are detail-oriented and you like to use the English language and you can use Microsoft programs at an advanced level. It is only natural that you have a working day with challenging and variable tasks. You enjoy using your service-oriented and structural personality as you finish your work. You have focus on the details and enjoy being immersed in your work. It is very important that you enjoy managing yourself in English, both written and spoken.
The working hours will be around 15 hours per week +/- (depends on the work level). Therefore, we also expect you to be flexible with the working time/days. To be considered for the position, you must study on a bachelor’s or master’s degree.

- Translate documents to English (Quality System)
- Update documents in our Quality system
- Purchase consumables
- Follow up on hour registrations
- Planning and coordinate arrangements
- Administrative ad hoc tasks
