Nordic & Baltic (N&B) is searching for a proactive and detail-oriented SOP Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. Your main mission will be to drive fact-based decision-making and process improvements within Procurement and Logistics across the Nordic & Baltic region. You will play a crucial role in ensuring standardized ways of working, maintaining data quality, and supporting the overall efficiency of our operations in accordance with Group policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will report and provide executive support to the N&B Supply Chain & Procurement Director. As a member of the N&B Procurement management team, you will support the development of fact-based strategies and work on ad hoc projects to improve supply chain processes.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a solid educational background, ideally holding a bachelor’s, master’s, or MBA degree in Supply Chain Management (SCM). You should bring at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Procurement, along with a deep understanding of Logistics and Procurement KPIs and the procure-to-pay process.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to have strong project management, negotiation, and change management skills, as well as expertise in SAP, SAP Ariba, Business Intelligence tools and Microsoft Office. Fluency in English, with a high level of professional proficiency, is a must for effective communication across the business.

- Data Quality & Internal Controls: You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of data and maintaining internal controls within the Procurement area.
- KPI Structure & Reporting: A significant part of your role will involve maintaining and further developing the KPI structure across business units, as well as building and troubleshooting reports and dashboards.
- Process Improvement & Compliance: You will take the lead on process improvement projects within the SC value chain using SAP and other relevant tools. Ensuring compliance with Procurement procedures across business units will also be a pivotal part of your role.
- SOP Development & Maintenance: You will create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent processes across the organization.
- Project Management & Software Implementation: In addition to managing procurement activities, you will oversee the implementation of new software solutions and facilitate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
