We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help develop the company’s business development activities in key and relevant markets.
The ideal candidate has an excellent knowledge of architecture and design; a strong existing network in the area of architecture; a pro-active and creative disposition; and thrives in an international fast-paced environment. The position offers a diversity of tasks that will make full use of your skills while developing 3XN’s international business development strategy together with the team and the partners.
This is a full-time position based in Copenhagen with a start as soon as possible. We encourage both Danish and international individuals to apply.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Pro-actively reach out to clients and collaborators in key and relevant markets
- Monitor Leads and teaming requests for new competitions and projects
- Assess incoming invitations for competitions and new projects
- Conduct market research and helping with pre-teaming requests
- Coordinate and create responses to PQ, RFQ, RFP and fee proposals
- Help build the international profile of 3XN Partners through new initiatives
- Build up a network and contacts to potential clients and collaborators
- Represent 3XN at networking events and conferences
- Keep track of the competition pipeline together with the responsible partners and managers
- Prepare presentations and responses to client meeting and requests
Our Expectations
- Experience in business development from a similar position
- A strong educational background in architecture, urban planning, landscape or relevant profession
- Strong existing network/contacts in the area of design and architecture in key and relevant markets
- Relevant experience in a dynamic and fast moving company with an international profile
- A pro-active, professional attitude with strong communication skills
- Mastery of strong verbal/written skills in English, Danish, German or French is a plus
- Flexible and embraces challenge – ‘can do’ attitude under deadlines
- Independent, self-starter and motivated to learn
- Wiling to travel and attend conferences
- Works well together with other departments integrating PR into the everyday business of the company
- Experience with MS office and graphic design (minimum InDesign)
