The position will be based in either Århus or Gothenburg.

In the role you will be accountable for “street sales” activities and consequently bringing in new business to DAMCO FFW.

Key responsibilities


• Drive business development through the presentation and sale of Damco products to new customers

• Accountable for Additional Business and Contract Renewal within your assigned customer portfolio

• Develop customer relationships with decision makes on all levels

• Accountable for a seamless and timely transition of customer management from the Commercial team to our Operations and Customer Service teams.

• Supporting the full team and be first point of escalation for resolution

• Ensuring a high customer satisfaction and an excellent customer experience

We are looking for


You are a freight forwarder by heart! Ideally you have solid experience within multiple products. You are self-driven and highly motivated by performance and doing business with the Customer in focus. You are confident in taking ownership and can engage in daily challenges as well as challenge your colleagues in a constructive and strategic setting.

We believe the ideal candidate has:
• +3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding maybe even as a leader

• A customer centric mindset and experience in driving business development

• Strong understanding of FFW products

• Solid Danish or Swedish market knowledge

• Impeccable relationship building and communication skills

• Proven track record of targeting, pursuing and winning sales opportunities

• Fluency in English and Danish

A driver’s license is required for the position
