Service Digital Transformation Digital Customer Channels
Global Service business is continuously growing and has strategic importance. With our corporate strategy "Global leader in Sustainable Energy Solutions" we have set ambitious growth targets for the Service business in the coming years. Achieving such targets require a fundamental shift in how we operate - commercially as well as operationally - and digitalisation is a key element.
Our Digital Customer Channel department within our Digital Transformation area is responsible for driving a number of digital self-services and digital business channels.
Responsibilities
The Digital Transformation team in Service is looking for a student worker with solid communication skills and a keen eye for details. Your key role will be to support the Business Project Manager on a strategic prioritised digital project, but you will also be exposed to a variety of internal functions as well as external consultants.
Your responsibility will be a mixture of project administration, coordination and communication, and depending on your profile and competences you will be able to influence the scope of your work. Your primary tasks will be to:

We expect that you are currently enrolled in your masters’ programme at a Danish university within business or similar relevant to the position. It is important that you:

You will be involved in a new strategic prioritised project and in setting up a new organisation and operating model, including the digital platform. This is an interesting opportunity for you to get deep insights in how to build and run a digital business and gain relevant work experience among motivated and highly skilled people. We expect you to start as soon as possible and that you can commit to this position for a period of minimum 12 months. You can expect to be working 15-25 hours per week, which can be flexible with respect to your studies.

The Digital Transformation team in Service is looking for a student worker with solid communication skills and a keen eye for details. Your key role will be to support the Business Project Manager on a strategic prioritised digital project, but you will also be exposed to a variety of internal functions as well as external consultants.
Your responsibility will be a mixture of project administration, coordination and communication, and depending on your profile and competences you will be able to influence the scope of your work. Your primary tasks will be to:
- Ensure timely, relevant and updated communication to core team members and other stakeholders
- Assist on creating digital communication material including newsletters and videos
- Support with preparation of recurring meetings
- Support with the overview and managing of tasks, risks and issues
- Ad hoc assistance and assignments
Qualifications
We expect that you are currently enrolled in your masters’ programme at a Danish university within business or similar relevant to the position. It is important that you:
- Have talent for using digital tools and solutions
- Are used to work with PowerPoint presentations and other means of communication
- Master English fluently, both written and spoken
