The role as Operations Manager offers a great opportunity to be part of a winning team and be a strong enabler in shaping the success of our Aid & Relief team. You will be responsible for finding ways to improve our processes, align expectations with our clients and strive for operational excellence all along developing your customer(s) and colleagues.

The position will be located in Aarhus, but for the right candidate a remote setup could be considered.

Key responsibilities:

In the Aid & Relief team you will be an important part of a team of 35 experienced colleagues. You will be part of the management team along with two other Operations Managers and a Business Excellence team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Formulates and executes a local customer service strategy in order to deliver on the global and local targets and priorities.

  • Takes an active part in developing the local strategy.

  • Establish, synchronize and execute on the customer roadmap along with the customer and the respective Key Client Manager. All based on the customer requirement and needs.

  • Maintains a dynamic and scalable customer service organization where resources are managed effectively and efficiently

  • Conduct periodic reviews with our customer on priorities and performance to ensure internal performance is reflected in customer satisfaction

  • Cultivate customer relationships and listens to the voice of the customers.

  • Drive continuous improvements, monitors performance against established KPIs and targets and takes corrective action as required

  • Understanding and passion for leading and empowering people.
  • Passion for driving continuous improvement in a customer experience context.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and influence decision makers.
  • Proven and sustained track record of delivery, with focus on driving results through others.
  • Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written in English.
  • Ability to travel approx. 5-10 days a year
