Are you a strategic HR thinker who can take lead on organisational development projects and ensure development of leadership, talent and culture to match ambitious business strategies? Then you might be our new CVP HR Partner in Devices & Supply Chain Management (D&S is an international organisation responsible for the supply of Novo Nordisk products through an efficient end to end supply chain.

About the department
You will be part of a team of HR and communications professionals, People & Organisation in Devices & Supply Chain Management (PODS), which consists of 7 HR Partners and a Communication Partner. PODS is the strategic advisor for D&S Management with regards to people, culture and organisational development and is responsible for ensuring that HR processes are conducted professionally, and business areas supported in all people related matters.

Each CVP HR Business Partner is assigned to specific business areas in D&S where they are member of the management team and responsible for HR in the area. As CVP HRP you report to the HR Director in D&S and hold dotted lines to the CVPs of the business areas you support.

The position
You will cover two CVP areas called Supply Chain Planning (SCP) and Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM) - both located in Bagsværd. SCP ensures that Product Supply has aligned plans across the supply chain, is launching new products according to promises, supports the business through planning and supply chain systems and shipping products to customers. GCM manages the production and supply chain activities of external manufacturers (CMOs) delivering high quality products to patients all over the world.

As the CVP HR Business Partner, it is your primary responsibility to support the CVP and the Management team with various development activities, in addition to executing the central yearly HR processes, such as performance management and the employee engagement. It will also be your responsibility to design and drive the yearly Organisational Development Plan process. You are expected to drive strategic and operational discussions in the management team on leadership, organisational design, governance, performance culture and sustainable wellbeing. You are also expected to be a strong feed-backer for a high performing senior management team.

As part of the HR-team, you will be tasked with driving or contributing to the development and implementation of cross-functional initiatives and events, e.g. joint leadership training or talent management programmes.

Qualifications
You hold a master’s degree (HR, Psychology or a similar) with min. 5 years of experience as HR generalist, manager or management consultant with experience in e.g. organisational psychology and development. Most important is your business understanding and ability to truly combine business and organisation. You are ambitious and curious on how HR develops to match changing business needs e.g. with increased focus on agile framework & digitalization. You speak and write Danish and English fluently.

You are comfortable both with developing strategic initiatives requiring conceptual skills as well as implementing operational solutions. You thrive in environments where you work independently and rely on your HR experience and great people skills, but you also enjoy exploring synergies in working together across functions and business areas. In addition, you have the courage to speak up if you see possibilities for improvements and changes.
