For IT Academy, we are looking for an Organisational Change Management Consultant to join our team, to strengthen the impact of our initiatives across the organization.
About the department
Governance & IT Academy is part of the CIO Office, which is anchored in Global IT. The department consist of ten highly dedicated employees, of which two are in Global IT India. The department drives IT Project- and IT System Governance, inspection and audit coordination in Global IT, as well as IT Academy, which is a unit supporting competency development in a variety of different ways for IT professionals across Global IT.
About the job
Working as an organizational change management consultant in IT Academy includes very close collaboration with the competency development consultant, since the two of you are responsible for delivering on the strategic direction agreed for IT Academy.
For the organizational change management consultant your responsibility includes developing and executing on strategies for IT Academy such as change management, communication and engagement as well as training and learning. You will also drive stakeholder management at all levels of the organization, continuously develop and evolve the communication from IT Academy and collaborate across the department and area and we also expect you to use your experience and skills to help out in other parts of the department and area, when relevant.
The ability to successfully interact with different stakeholders spanning from management to IT professionals is key. The job involves a high degree of complexity and many different activities going on simultaneously.
Qualifications
You hold a Master in HR, Business or equivalent obtained via practical experience. You have experience within change management and communication, and you have experience with facilitating workshops, meetings and seminars. You are able to plan, prioritise, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner. you have the ability to structure and simplify complex matters, while at the same time having a high degree of flexibility, independence and drive in your personal profile. You are a strong communicator, who likes to get involved in the details without losing the oversight and you are fluent an spoken and written English.
