Then you could be our new colleague in the cLEAN® & Manufacturing Intelligence team, supporting the Diabetes Finished Products facility in Bagsværd (DFP Bagsværd).
About the department
Operational Support & Improvements is a department within Business Support at DFP Bagsværd, where we provide top-quality products for patient with diabetes worldwide. The department is responsible for support and improvements regarding compliance, training, cLEAN®, manufacturing intelligence and administration divided into three teams.
The cLEAN® & Manufacturing Intelligence team consists of 5 cLEAN Partners and 3 Manufacturing Intelligence analysts. With a cLEAN approach, the team supports DFP Bagsværd’s strategic aspirations to better utilise data, further stabilise the production and increase efficiency.
As a cLEAN® Partner, you will become a member of a highly ambitious and engaged team that works to shape and implement our continued cLEAN digital transformation journey.
The position
You will be taking up a position with a large variety of tasks, involving many stakeholders and processes across all levels of the organization. You can expect a wide range of opportunities for personal and professional development in this highly visible and influential position. You will support your customers by identifying and driving improvements of stability, digitalization and standardization across the site.
You will lead relevant strategic optimization projects, focused shop floor coaching and educating our leaders in cLEAN standards such as visual management, systematic problem solving, process confirmation and KATA. Furthermore, you will work towards increasing stability across the site by driving VSM and cLEAN projects that creates value for the business.
Qualifications
You hold a higher education at Masters level and have solid experience with cLEAN management and cLEAN tools such as Kata coaching, A3, VSM, Yamazumi, SMED and can document successful implementations. Preferably, you hold cLEAN® 3-star, Six Sigma Black Belt or similar.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding and passion for production processes, industry 4.0, project management and is analytical and logical in their way of thinking. Strong interpersonal skills are a must, you’re a team player yet not fearful of working on your own, and you are able to communicate seamlessly with people across all organisational levels and professional domains with respect. Additionally, you possess a natural drive and the ability to inspire and motivate people. Finally, you see opportunities rather than limitations and have the right balance between setting direction and coaching. You are systematic, results-oriented, and curious. We expect that you have a passion and interest in identifying and reducing complexity and waste.
Proficiency in English and Danish both verbally and in writing is a prerequisite in this job.
