Then you could be our new colleague in the cLEAN® & Manufacturing Intelligence team, supporting the Diabetes Finished Products facility in Bagsværd (DFP Bagsværd).

About the department
Operational Support & Improvements is a department within Business Support at DFP Bagsværd, where we provide top-quality products for patient with diabetes worldwide. The department is responsible for support and improvements regarding compliance, training, cLEAN, manufacturing intelligence and administration divided into three teams.

The cLEAN® & Manufacturing Intelligence team consists of 5 cLEAN Partners and 3 Manufacturing Intelligence analysts. With a cLEAN approach, the team supports DFP Bagsværd’s strategic aspirations to better utilise data, further stabilise the production and increase efficiency.

We are currently expanding to support production and are looking for 3 new additions to the cLEAN team. As a cLEAN Partner, you will become a member of a highly ambitious and engaged team that works to shape and implement our continued cLEAN and digital transformation journey.

The position
We offer a one-two year temporary position with a large variety of tasks, involving many stakeholders and processes across all levels of the organization. You can expect a wide range of opportunities for personal and professional development in this highly visible and influential position.

The role will include support to a specific production department as cLEAN “point of contact”. You will be responsible for driving systematic problem solving, coaching and training employees and management in cLEAN® tools and practices, and identifying and implementing relevant process improvements. Tasks will amongst others include presence on shop floor with proactive coaching of operators, supporters and leaders.

Furthermore, you will work towards increasing stability and improving visual management across the site by attaining an in-depth understanding of our processes, shop floor, work flows and how they are linked across the value chain.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who holds a degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g. production, process and innovation or supply chain management) or has relevant LEAN experience from a comparable position or education. We expect that you have a profound understanding and grasp of the LEAN toolbox and have basic skills within data processing and analysis.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of production processes, industry 4.0, project management and is analytical and logical in their way of thinking. Experience with data visualisation tools like Alteryx and Tableau is an advantage.
We expect you to have a passion for LEAN and a good grasp of fundamental tools such as VSM, A3 and the like.

Strong interpersonal skills are a must, and you are able to communicate seamlessly with people across all organisational levels and professional domains. Moreover, you possess a natural drive and the ability to inspire and motivate people.
Finally, you see opportunities rather than limitations and have the right balance between setting direction and coaching. You are systematic, results-oriented, and curious. We expect that you have a natural ability and interest in identifying and reducing complexity and waste.

Proficiency in English and Danish both verbally and in writing is a prerequisite in this job.
