As the Nordic Business Developer you will be reporting to the Nordic Measuring tool management, and tasked with finding and activating new business areas (new sales markets, products or customers) for the company and evolve existing business areas further. You will be actively assisting the company to adapt and react quickly to changing markets and economic conditions. You will thus be a strong driver for growth and help the company being even more future-oriented.
Strategy development and competitive analysis are also a part of being the business developer, together with the inception and creation of business plans, development and expanding strategic alliances. You will be working interdisciplinary in cooperation with other departments within the Powertools division.
Job Description
Your contribution to something big
- Market data analysis, competitor monitoring, market trend analysis for the Professional Measuring tool segment.
- Investigate and develop new online distribution channels in close collaboration with the E-commerce team.
- Development of channel management strategies and marketing concepts
- Develop and expand existing distribution channels and customers through differentiated channel management strategies
- Work closely with the sales departments in all the Nordic countries in order to identify potential.
- Online and on-site training in the measuring tools portfolio
- Be a Brand ambassador in the Nordic region identifying opportunities to build the Bosch Professional Brand image.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you
- Successfully completed academic studies in technical and economic area
- Strong customer orientation and technical interest
- Strategic-conceptual experience (e.g. creation of business analysis)
- Experience in the field of digital technologies and business
- Having the ability to interpret situations, to derive suitable measures and recognizing trends
- Experience in digital marketing and sales
- Enthusiastic, persuasive and flexible
- Strong communication skills combined with a hands-on mentality
- Good command of MS-Office-Programs
- Fluent in written and spoken English and one of the Nordic languages and knowledge of further Nordic languages an advantage
- Willingness to travel up to 100 days per year to relevant markets as well as flexibility to work at different locations
