At our HQ in Ballerup, you will join Systems Engineering, a part of the CTO Office in Global R&D that consists of around 40 diverse, highly skilled and engaged colleagues. We provide advanced technical support and leadership within all development areas across all R&D sites.
You focus on requirements management
As our new systems engineer, you are crucial in all stages of a project, ensuring that a given product is properly defined, specified, integrated, configured and verified – that being hearing aids, wireless accessories, smartphone apps, cloud services or AI.
More specifically, this position is centered around regulatory and requirements management, and you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Write, review and maintain requirements in our advanced development tool
- Participate in scope discussions and drive and anchor the requirements elicitation process – from user needs, business needs and regulatory requirements to well-documented requirements suitable for product development
- Work in agile program teams in close collaboration with architects, developers, product managers, audiologists and representatives from other parts of the GN Hearing organization
- Improve, promote and train colleagues across R&D in requirements and systems engineering best practices
- Contribute to and create corporate procedures that are related to the scope and requirements definition processes

- Hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar
- Have experience with the development of medical devices, systems engineering as well as with the development of complex products and systems
- Have experience with agile development, preferably SAFe
- Have a good understanding of regulatory requirements and business processes in the medical device industry – or any other regulated industry
- Perhaps have knowledge within design control based on ISO 13485 as well as MDR, MDSAP or other local international regulatory schemes
