Tech-savvy and Expert in Digital Business Tools


The role as Digital B2B Solutions Coordinator for the Power Tools Division is a newly established role in the Nordics. Therefore, we are looking for a tech-savvy professional with expertise in sales and service CRM digital B2B solutions and international project management. As Digital B2B Solutions Coordinator, you’ll serve as the single point of contact for the business regarding various digital solutions.

You will be reporting directly to Business Operations Manager Nordics and be based at the Nordic Headquarter of Robert Bosch in Ballerup, just outside Copenhagen. You will join a team of six colleagues supporting other business operations departments and work closely with the BDO (Business Digital Organization) team based in Germany. This role will require regular contact with the Regional Expertise Owner Digital Touchpoints for Western Europe as well as with the international BDO team.

Driving Digital Solutions and Sales Success


As the Digital B2B Solutions Coordinator, your role has several focus areas. In the Expert Sales and Service CRM area, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of Bosch’s roll-out project by being the single point of contact for all local deliverables. This includes collecting local requirements, conducting testing, supplying trainings, and supporting local sales teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing technical support, collecting enhancement requirements, and supporting feature rollouts for the digital B2B solutions.

One of your focus areas will be to introduce and provide ongoing support for Bosch’s eDealer listing template solution, which will allow for a more automated and faster dealer template population. You will also manage integrating customer segments and visit plans in respective IT applications and setting up a tool for creating dealer-specific contracts.

Key responsibility in all areas is managing national and international stakeholders on different hierarchy levels and with various functional backgrounds.

Digital Marketing Expert with Strong CRM and Project Management Skills


We are looking for a professional with 3-5 years of full-time working experience, who has an advanced level of English and preferably also local language proficiency.

  • To succeed in this role, it is ideal that you have a strong understanding of digital marketing and IT based on a technical degree or equivalent education and experience. – alternative: You have a strong technical understanding based on a technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience?

You should have experience with CRM, specifically in sales, marketing, and service. A customer-focused and agile mindset is essential, along with experience in managing large, complex projects with both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you should have, a comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing-related processes.
