Every day, thousands of people make calls, play games, or listen to music with one of our excellent headsets and audio devices. EPOS is at a point where software is as important as hardware to make the magic happen - and we need you to join our software test team in our agile R&D environment.
In this role you will be software test lead in a scrum team, working hands-on together with colleagues on project activities. You will be responsible for defining headset test strategy, implementing testing plans, processes, and quality governance of your project deliveries to stakeholders.

You will work alongside architects, developers, testers and product owners and you will work closely with colleagues across two sites - Denmark and India. Your contribution: Accountable for the end-to-end project test activities

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Develop projects and make cross-functional test plans covering the EPOS products and ECO-system end-to-end with holistic testing covering aspects from functionality, performance, and usability, all with focus on the end users.
- Responsible for coordination in a distributed setup to ensure clear communication and the representative for the testers in the project when delivering test status and reports.
- Stay ahead of the testing game, to enable continuous testing on embedded devices.
- Use your broad testing experience and expertise to guide and train your fellow team members.
To succeed in the role, you have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years solid experience with a similar test manager / test lead role.
- Passion for driving testing and agile quality assurance with a proven track record.
- Focus on smart ways of working by utilizing automation opportunities.
- Tester mindset, exploratory skills, structured with a sense of detail.
- Ideally experience within embedded devices and desk phones interface.
- Aspiration to take on SCRUM master role could be an advantage.
