To succeed, we need you in our newly established Global Quality CI department.
In Global Quality CI you will get the opportunity to make a significant difference for people with serious skin diseases all over the world.
The job
As our CI analyst your key priority is to support Global Quality in becoming continuously better at running and improving the business. Hence you must have a drive to continuously challenge current standards to improve for tomorrow.
Support the organisation in driving daily operation management, performance management and continuously improve the infrastructure from “shop floor” to leadership teams Enable the organisation in improving processes through workshop design, facilitation, mapping and analysis Coordinate projects in Global Quality such as roll-out of Business Process Management or Global GxP Training Framework Support the Centre of Excellence in developing standards and share as well as implement best practices across GPS sites.
Your qualifications
You have recently finished your studies or will finish them within short time and are able to take on a full-time job, preferably today. It is expected you are self-driven in your daily execution, with the needed support and guidance.
We are looking for a person who:
Have recently graduated with a master’s degree in production engineer, business processes or a like and are top of the class. Are passionate about continuous improvement /Lean and have practical experience through your student job Have strong capabilities within the Lean toolbox and are inspired working with processes, planning and performance management Are analytically strong Have excellent people and communication skills Have an eager and robustness for a steep learning curve
It is an advantage if you:
Have experience from working in a Quality function or general GxP insight Are an expert within Microsoft Excel. Furthermore, experience within VBA and/or PowerBI is an advantage but not a must. Have experience with change management
Working in a global function you must be able to work and drive improvements across cultures.
