We’re looking for a Lead Technical Project Manager with a flair for structure and great software product development. If you have experience as a Project Manager and are strong on processes and task management, then this role might be for you?

Dine opgaver
The role as Lead Technical Project Manager is anchored in the Apps platform team, a platform department delivering digital product & tools – the apps and tools are created to power our 4 Divisions in Grundfos. Therefor standardization and reuse of features across the divisions are high on our agenda. Your key tasks and responsibilities:
- Ensure that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the team will work on next.
- Ensure the product is defined in customer-centric terms, add the definitions to the product backlog, and prioritize them based on importance, and limit/remove dependencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure they are translated into requirements.
- Ensure the team has a clear understanding of stakeholder needs.
- Manage backlog items to optimize platform value.
- Participate in team and projects meetings and sprints.
- Work closely with the business to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value and ROI
Din profil
As a person we imagine that your colleagues describe you as structured, friendly, and skilled, also we anticipate that you have:
- A solid experience working with Project Management with Software Product Development, preferably from a big organization.
- Worked extensively with Jira or other task and requirement management tools.
- Some years of working with agile methodologies and cross functional teams.
- Strong on processes and can create structure where needed.
- Clear communication skills and able to visualise a plan and communicate action points for stakeholders.
