Can you drive sales? Are you a digital frontrunner? Then join us in defining and implementing the digital sales setup for our B2B operation!

We are working on transforming our sales organisation to become even more digitally-driven – and to that end, we are looking for a B2B Digital Sales Developer to motivate and support our local sales teams to apply the digital solutions that we develop.

The teamYou will join JACK & JONES’ Digital B2B department – a team that is established to drive the digital business transformation in JACK & JONES. Our team is 8 people strong, and comprised of a diverse set of skills, including Graphic Designers, Digital Specialists and Digital Sales Developers – but we all connect on a mission to drive digital change. As a team, we have a strong track record of creating innovative and inspiring digital B2B solutions that generate value to our business and our partners. As B2B Digital Sales Developer, your focus will be to put these solutions to use in the different markets – and thereby, drive behavioural change and growth in digital sales.

The opportunityYour primary responsibility will be to drive growth through digital sales channels. Most recently, we have launched an app, DIRECT, that enables our wholesale customers to easily buy or stock up on our products. As Digital Sales Developer, you are responsible for increasing the adoption of the app, and support the local sales teams in the usage of it. In relation, a great part of your job involves visiting the local sales teams on their home turf to motivate and guide them on how to become digital sales champions. As an ambassador for digital sales, you are on an ongoing mission to facilitate behavioural change and build commitment towards the digital B2B solutions.

More specifically, your tasks include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal sales teams across the different markets
  • Ongoing support and coaching of internal sales colleagues in digital sales, e.g. through workshops
  • Creating, executing and following up on digital sales initiatives
  • Monitoring and optimising the existing B2B sales flow with the purpose of identifying possible challenges or unexploited potential

To truly understand the opportunities and challenges facing the markets and how the digital B2B sales solutions can support that you will pay regular visits to the different local sales offices. Consequently, you can expect approx. 40-50 annual travel days.

Qualifications

  • Educational background within business, marketing or communication
  • Experience from a similar position, focusing on digital sales, digital strategies and/or digital business development
  • Proven track record of facilitating behavioural change and generating commitment to digitalisation is an advantage
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.

While experience and a relevant educational background is a great advantage, we value drive and a passion for digital solutions above all.
