Your position
As our new Commissioning Project Manager in the Renewable division, you will be a valuable member of the Service Wind team, whose mission is to execute Service and Commissioning projects across offshore wind assets. You will have the chance to drive all aspects of the project process - from initial client inquiries to final execution. Your tasks & responsibilities
As a Commissioning Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing commissioning projects on Offshore substation and other assets. You will be working on new projects, delivering and execute with various teams across the organisation. While you can expect a steep learning curve, we will provide you with the needed training to ensure you succeed in your new role.

Your place of work will be either at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, from our location in Germany, UK, or US. The position is full-time, and up to 100 travel days per year should be expected.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As a Commissioning Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing commissioning projects on Offshore substation and other assets. You will be working on new projects, delivering and execute with various teams across the organisation. While you can expect a steep learning curve, we will provide you with the needed training to ensure you succeed in your new role.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Engage and support in scoping commissioning projects for our customers, to successfully execute the projects.
- Preparing and managing job packages for commissioning scopes in Service.
- Coordinating activities across various teams internally and externally.
- Participating in all project phases from tender, planning and execution of a commissioning project.
- Be willing to be part of the actual execution of a project, taking a role as Commissioning Manager in the execution phase.
- Maintaining communication with clients and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Your profile & qualifications

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- Knowledge and understanding of Commissioning on Electrical Systems and/or Mechanical Systems. Preferable on Offshore Substation, but not essential.
- A technical educational background, for instance as a Marine Engineer, Service Engineer, Commissioning Supervisor or Manager, Technical Manager Offshore or Electrical/electronic engineer.
- Fluency in English, written and verbal.
- Experience with project management of engineering projects and understanding of Project Management processes.
- Be flexible in way of working and location.
