Develop our department
Our Pilot Plant in Mørdrup has more than 200 dedicated employees and is a part of Global R&D. Joining the department of 19 specialists, you will lead your own team of 9 engineers and technicians.
We are responsible for developing, integrating and maturing processes to ensure efficient production at our volume site.
“Our Pilot Plant has recently undergone a big organisational change, and you’re joining a new department. We’re still in the process of shaping our work culture, and you’ll influence our development as you help us set the ambition level for the department,” explains Head of Pilot Conversion Jens Martin Pedersen.
Lead and motivate your team
You will lead a team that is engaged in different cross-functional development projects across the organisation. Therefore, one of your most important tasks will be to follow up on the well-being of your team while they are allocated elsewhere.
Depending on your competencies, you will also take the lead on smaller operational or technical development projects in our department or within Pilot Plant.
Moreover, you will:
You should expect to travel approximately 15 days a year, primarily to our volume sites and suppliers across Europe.

- Manage, develop and motivate your team
- Allocate resources and ensure an efficient cross-departmental collaboration
- Handle operational tasks in the department or within Pilot Plant
You should expect to travel approximately 15 days a year, primarily to our volume sites and suppliers across Europe.
Technical background and management experience
- You have a relevant technical education, preferably an engineering degree
- You have people management or project management experience
- You are fluent in Danish and English
- It is an advantage if you are familiar with product development or process development
