As a process engineer, you will join a team of 17 highly skilled engineers and technicians. We work together to develop, integrate and mature scalable processes and technologies to enable efficient production at our volume sites.

Experienced engineer with a solid understanding of production environments

More specifically, you will:
- Mature new process technologies or new products in collaboration with colleagues in R&D, including material specialists, product designers, project managers, machine operators, etc.
- Develop production equipment in collaboration with our internal commissioning department
- Design and run tests of pilot production equipment in collaboration with technicians and machine operators
- Ensure that we focus on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) based on a data-driven approach
- Decide on the optimal process parameters based on statistical treatment of data
- Help transfer knowledge of processes and equipment to our international volume sites
Experienced engineer with a solid understanding of production environments
Your communication skills enable you to collaborate efficiently with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Moreover, you are a strong team player who enjoys exchanging ideas and knowledge with your colleagues to come up with the best solutions. Finally, we imagine that you:
- Hold a relevant degree in e.g. mechanical, machine or production engineering
- Have 3+ years’ experience with process development or developing production equipment
- Are familiar with statistical process optimisation
- Speak and write English fluently
- Are able to travel approximately 20 days a year, primarily to our volume site in Hungary
