About the Role
Your role as Exhibition Coordinator will place you within our collaborative marketing department, where you will plan and facilitate Aasted's involvement in exhibitions, conferences, and events across the globe. You will take charge of the entire process – from concept development and supplier (internal and external) coordination to on-site setup and post-event evaluation.
In addition to exhibition planning, your role will include creating sales presentations about Aasted’s solutions, developing brochures, and supporting other departments with marketing-related tasks. If you have experience with graphic design, it will be highly appreciated and considered a valuable asset for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute exhibitions and events, timelines are adhered to.
- Attention to Detail: Oversee all elements, from booth design to materials and logistics, ensuring they meet Aasted's high standards.
- Sales Support Materials: Create engaging sales presentations, brochures, and marketing materials to support Aasted’s offerings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
- Travel Activities: Attend events to oversee booth setup, takedown, and successful execution. Expect approximately 20-30 travel days annually.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven project management experience, in events, exhibitions, or marketing.
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail – you excel at delivering the finer points that make the bigger picture shine.
- Experience in creating high-quality presentations and marketing materials.
- Graphic design skills are beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and functions.
- Flexibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Fluency in Danish or English, both written and spoken.
