We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Apps and SharePoint Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive the development of applications that optimize business processes and enhance collaboration. Responsibilities
- Application Development: Lead the development and maintenance of customized applications using Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint, ensuring they align with business requirements and objectives.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document functional and technical requirements for Power Apps and SharePoint solutions.
- Solution Design: Create comprehensive technical design documents, including data models, workflows, and user interfaces, to guide the development process.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers on the team, promoting best practices and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- Application Testing: Oversee testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
- Integration: Integrate Power Apps and SharePoint solutions with other systems, such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party services, to streamline processes and data flow.
- Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with data protection regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for Power Apps and SharePoint solutions, including configuration settings, architecture, and deployment procedures.
- User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Power Apps, SharePoint, and related technologies to suggest improvements and optimizations for existing solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing Power Apps and SharePoint solutions.
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and on-premises, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and integration technologies.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to lead and guide development teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint certifications are a plus.

Must Required
- Experience have experience in Office Addins using Word JavaScript api.
- 5+ years experience in SharePoint PowerApps and Power automate.
- Nintex workflow and Nintex Form
- Azure runbooks, Azure Functions, Azure Application
- Microsoft Graph Api.
- Working experience with Danish companies is must.
