Who we’re looking for
As a Lean Project Manager within Global Supply at Topsoe, you will have a leading role in driving operational excellence and lean maturity development through breakthrough projects, that realize significant operational results, while building lean competences into the organisation and reinforcing our emerging lean culture.Who we’re looking for
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the business in identifying opportunities for improvements in our value streams, that will lift business performance significantly.
  • Leading high-value breakthrough projects to streamline and standardize processes in and across departments and functions.
  • Engaging in active troubleshooting and providing A3 systematic problem-solving support during significant business disruptions.
  • Coaching project team members and business leads to enhance their lean competences, using the projects as a training ground.
  • Designing and Facilitating training sessions on lean principles and tools for leaders and employees.

    What you’ll bring
    We are looking for people who can identify, quantify, and “sell” cross functional business improvement opportunities in an E2E perspective, lead complex improvement projects while developing the organisation on Lean Principles & -Tools and implement sustainable changes to processes, systems, and behavior. Our ideal candidate has:What you’ll bring
  • Solid knowledge of lean principles & -tools and a proven track record of applying them to achieve tangible business outcomes in either a manufacturing or administrative environment.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role with a strong emphasis on Lean and Change Management.
  • Experience coaching leaders within performance- and operations management.
  • An excellent communicator, listener, and trainer who thrives on teaching and coaching others in the application of lean principles & -tools.
  • A problem-solver with strong analytical and diagnostic skills, proficient in systematic problem-solving techniques.
  • An open, curious and empathic individual who values being part of and contributing to a team but can work independently with little guidance.
  • An “Implementer”, making things happen, getting out there and getting things done, always on the lookout for improvement opportunities.
