AVK Holding A/S has a strong focus on sustainibility throughout the group. In anewly created position, you will, as AVK’s future Group CSR & Sustainability Manager, have a major impact on the global CSR work.
In the role as Group CSR & Sustainability Manager you are driven by leading, developing, and systematizing CSR activities, in a close cooperation with AVK owned companies.
AVK has just published their second global group CSR report, and are therefore looking for a strong, and fact-based personality who can help them lead and develop the area.
Group CSR & Sustainability Manager will perform the following tasks:
Sustainability annual reporting
Develop and follow-up regarding CSR and sustainability
Internal sustainability info meetings/corporation across all AVK companies and AVK Holding
As Group CSR & Sustainability Manager you will carry out tasks within the companies of which AVK is majority owner. However, respective companies in AVK are independently responsible for their work on sustainability at both strategic and operational level. Together with other internal and external stakeholders, you must ensure that the complex requirements within the area are conveyed in a simple and understandable way.
Through your professional experience and educational background, you have gained a solid insight into sustainibility/CSR. It is most important that concepts such as GRI and UN Sustainable Development Goals are well known to you and that you have insight into sections 99a and 99b of the Danish Financial Statements Act.
Your theoretical ballast is acquired on a relevant programme at Master’s level such as Cand.ling.merc, Business Administration, Anthropology or similar, where you have specialized in sustainability/CSR.
As a person, you are well-balanced with the ability to contribute both professionally and personally to the team. You are driven by working structured and targeted with tasks where the development, legal and business go hand in hand. You work with an eye for both the big picture and the small details and thrive in a job with many stakeholders at several organisational levels.

- Preparation of sustainability annual reporting in accordance with sections 99a and 99b of the Danish Financial Statements Act
- Further development of data collection form, including integration of relevant international standards, e.g. GRI, UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Collect sustainability data
- Documentation of our CSR work – including AVK’s annual CSR report
Develop and follow-up regarding CSR and sustainability
- Further develop CSR, sustainability objectives and global safety activities in close collaboration and dialogue with the individual AVK companies
- Preparation of a questionnaire for follow-up regarding companies’ work on sustainability
- Input to group policies associated with sustainability
- Input to continued development in accordance with relevant international principles, legislation and general global development on sustainability
- Input, text materials
