About the department
Biopharm QA Finished Products is responsible for quality assurance of aseptic filling plants in Gentofte. Our key tasks include status assignment, oversight of manufacturing, and review and approval of GMP documentation.
As QA Professional in the department you will join a group of highly skilled and competent colleagues. The job
Your main responsibility will be to quality assure the filling plants and thereby contribute to assure product quality and compliance with the current GMP rules and guidelines. You will be based in Gentofte and have a unique opportunity to get a profound knowledge of the different aseptic filling plants as you periodically will join the QA team in the Biopharm filling plant in Kalundborg.
The job includes QA oversight of the aseptic manufacturing processes at the filling plants, release of products from the sites, and review of several types of documents related to validation and qualification. The quality oversight covers all types of processes in a filling plant, such as formulation, wash and sterilisation processes, filling, freeze-drying, and visual inspection. In our organisation, QA is present in the production area on a daily basis and have a close collaboration with production.
On top of this, QA is a major player at internal audits and external authority inspections, where you are expected to participate and present data when needed.
When joining our team, you will undergo a structured and individual training program, and you can expect increasingly more responsibility. Subsequently, you will have an individual development plan to ensure continuous development and realization of your potential.
The job is a 24 Months temporary position.
Qualifications
Ideally, you have a master’s in pharmacy or corresponding qualifications. As part of the job you will obtain QP delegate responsibility and therefore a pharmaceutical background or similar is preferred.
It is important that you thrive in a role where you are required to take independent decisions and showing a high degree of decision making. You are excellent at creating good relations with our many stakeholders and master collaboration and communication. Furthermore, you thrive working with many people in a dynamic environment.
You are a dedicated team player who inspires trust and respect amongst colleagues and partners. You have a strong quality mind-set and you are robust. You know and meet your deadlines and you are capable of prioritising between different tasks. In regards to this, you will be challenged on finding the right balance between patient safety, compliance to requirements and effective business conduct.
Finally, you must be fluent in both Danish and English, written as well as spoken.
