The job
The F-35 & Aerostructures Business Unit based in Grenaa is part of Terma’s Aeronautics Business Area and serves the worlds’ largest military customers by providing a variety of advanced composite and metallic aerospace components. We are looking for a new Business Development Manager with excellent communication and personal skills to join our team.
Your responsibilities
In close collaboration with your colleagues, you will be responsible for proposal production, and business development, with the objective of managing your own portfolio of customers, when trained.
You will be working closely together with our program management and technical teams to identify and generate business opportunities, through scoping and proposals to negotiating contracts. We are looking for a positive, energetic and competent profile with willingness to learn. You will have many touchpoints across our organization, so it is important that you have strong communication skills. Domain-specific training applicable to the defense industry will be provided as on-the-job training.
Qualifications/Your Profile
You have a relevant bachelor or master education within business or engineering, and we would also welcome your application if you have just recently graduated.
Preferably you have:
As a person you are curious, persistent and willing to learn. At the same time, detail-orientation is required together with a good eye for the overall goal. You see the value in working together in a small team where you enrich your colleagues with your new ideas and drive to achieve results. You are a trustworthy and a strong relationship-builder who enjoy interacting with both customers and colleagues.

Bear in mind that candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have stayed within NATO/EU for the last 7 years only interrupted by short stays abroad.
