Therefore, we are currently looking for a HSE Project Manager to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.

The position as HSE Project Manager has a huge impact on 's HSE journey, by contributing to a safer workplace by implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Our HSE department is growing at the moment we are 5 employees, ranging from newly graduated to senior level.
The HSE department is placed at our office in Grenaa as well as at our office in Lystrup.

The HSE department is placed at our office in Grenaa as well as at our office in Lystrup.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Implementation Leadership: drive the implementation of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones related to HSE initiatives
- Facilitate internal and external audits and prepare the organization for certification
- Project Management: Apply project management methodologies to drive implementation of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to embed HSE practices within the organization
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant HSE regulations and standards
- Support incident investigations and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement
- Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility through engagement and communication
Qualifications
Key qualifications include:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field or have obtained similar qualifications through experience
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Strong project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional projects
- Solid understanding of HSE regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is an advantage
- Lead Auditor within ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 is an advantage
Personal profile:
- Proactive and solution-oriented with a strong focus on delivering results
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Passionate about creating a safe and sustainable working environment.
