What business development is about at HusCompagniet
At its core, the business development team is about bringing the business and customer experience to the next level. We work closely with the top management team on a range of topics from strategy work (group strategy, digitalization, sustainability, potential M&A opportunities) to strategic operations (process optimization, commercial optimization, IT systems development) and internal management (governance models, KPIs and management tools).
You will join a team of 6 ambitious colleagues with various backgrounds within management consulting, data & BI and digital marketing.
Not two weeks look the same
You can expect to work closely with the top management team in setting the strategic direction of the company and drive various business development initiatives. We further want you to have an interest in sustainability/ESG and to have the desire to support HusCompagniet in achieving even higher sustainable performance. You will get a key role in:
You will report to Head of Strategy & Business Development, Søren Nolsöe, and work from the HusCompagniet head quarter in Virum.

- Identifying, developing, and executing strategic projects
- Driving and managing key business development initiatives and projects
- Drive problem-solving and analytics tasks
- Developing sustainability/ESG initiatives and set the sustainable agenda
- Develop relevant presentational material for the Board and management teams
You will report to Head of Strategy & Business Development, Søren Nolsöe, and work from the HusCompagniet head quarter in Virum.
What we value in this role:
- Solid experience from management consulting or similar business development function (2-4 years)
- Data-driven with strong analytical capabilities
- Passion for sustainability and ESG
- Relevant experience with project- and change management
- Able to work effectively together across all organizational layers
- Can-do attitude and strong relationship building skills
