Your role as Business ConsultantYou will work on national and international project implementations of D365F/SCM for the production area, which includes taking responsibility for functional requirements and conducting project scoping activities. Additionally, you will be involved in completing configurations and applications, testing customizations and integrations of various system components.As a member of the customer-facing project team, you will provide consultancy services and industry best practices to ensure successful and high-quality project implementations.Building a close relationship with our customers is of utmost importance to us as we strive to implement the best solutions tailored to their needs. Together, we solve any problems that arise during the project. We act as their trusted advisor, providing guidance, and informing them about the consequences and possibilities. For this reason, we offer training and focus on challenging customer requests for modifications, considering alternatives while also providing Go-Live support
Relevant experience and mindsetYou thrive on assisting ambitious customers and believe in a collaborative approach in your daily work, where you also take responsibility for your own tasks as well as our customers' needs. Your strong business acumen enables you to identify business risks effectively, leveraging your significant people, communication, and process skills.You enjoy working globally, engaging with both global customers and colleagues. You actively share knowledge and contribute to the growth of our business through your efforts in building cross-colleague relationships
Qualifications:Qualifications:+3 years consultancy experience with D365F/SCM within production. Experience of requirements gathering. Experience of running workshops and delivering training of how to use D365F/SCM.
