The ideal candidate will be pivotal in identifying and realizing growth opportunities within our existing clientele by ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing account profitability.Our Digital Commerce Business Line is growing, and your role will be as part of a Danish core team focused on client facing services, within a Global team of more than 300 skilled consultants. In total we’re more than 1800 highly skilled people in columbus, making us the go-to partner for some of the biggest and most interesting companies in the Nordics.Key Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies tailored to maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers, ensuring continued business and recognition of growth opportunities within these accounts. Analyze customer needs to pinpoint opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products/services. Establish structured communication with existing customers, understanding their evolving needs and preferences. Collaborate seamlessly with customer service to ensure consistent and superior customer experiences. Creation of Account Development Plans where you conduct thorough reviews and create detailed action plans on account performance and growth. Ensure customer feedback is communicated internally and coordinate with relevant departments to enhance our product/service offerings. Provide valuable insights to the marketing team to devise customer-centric campaigns and promotions. Address and resolve customer issues or challenges proactively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Achieve targeted sales and revenue growth within new and existing customer accounts. Experience within the e-commerce sector will be preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop robust relationships with customers, where you connect value propositions to their needs.Solid analytical skills with the capability to transform data into actionable growth strategies.Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.Ability to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.Become a part of columbus!Become a part of columbus!With us you don’t have to send motivated applications or answer hourly long questionnaires.
