As a Project Manager in DC (Digital Commerce), you will play a critical role in driving the successful planning, execution, and completion of complex projects within our organization. You will lead cross-functional and global teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting high-quality standards and ensuring high rating and customer feedback. Your project manager skills and approach will be essential in achieving project objectives and aligning them with the broader goals in .
Areas of focusAreas of focusProject Planning and Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates. Ensure that project stakeholders are identified and engaged effectively.
Risk and Resource Management: Assemble and lead global and cross-functional project teams. Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to team members. Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
Communication and Reporting: Regularly communicate project status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders. Provide detailed reports and updates to senior management and executives.
Documentation and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports. Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Active engagement in adapting the OnTarget Methodology.
Education and sparring with members and organization to ensure best possible ways-of-working and match for client expectations.
