If so, there is a challenging job opportunity in Diabetes Finished Products (DFP) QA Hillerød, which may fit perfect for you.

The position is a 12 Months temporary position.

About the department

Our department consist of 4 teams and is a part of DFP QA. In the department we are around 60 highly qualified employees and we are located in one of the most exciting facilities in Denmark, DFP Site Hillerød. We are responsible for assuring quality and compliance of AP and FP operations and support the business by improving and simplifying processes.

The team, where we have a vacant position, is responsible for ensuring QA supports to all the projects in the FP operations, New Product Entry and local IT operations. The team consists of 13 dedicated colleagues who are proud of the inclusive work environment we maintain, and we share a passion for creating ambitious results through dedicated application of collaborative curiosity.

About the job
In this position, you will have a challenging business day and in close cooperation with your colleagues identify and contribute to the strengthening of our stakeholders’ compliance level. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our production and supporting areas regarding handling of deviations, validation activities, change requests, improvement of documentation and SOP up-dates, hence confirming our products are manufactured according to marketing authorisations.

A big part of the job is daily to be present in production and setting quality direction for the ongoing manufacturing processes. Therefore, we have a close collaboration with our associated production units, focusing on an honest, open and constructive dialogue and collaboration.

Responsibility and accountability are both key ingredients in the team and we strive to continuously learn and improve our own processes through problem solving and LEAN methodologies.

Qualifications

We seek a colleague who fits together with the team both professional and personal. As a person you are open, honest, forthcoming and inclusive regarding your colleagues in both QA and the production.

Ideally, you have a Master´s degree in Pharmacy, chemical engineering or Master of Science degree. Preferably, you have 1-2 years of related work experience in QA or GMP production together with the right quality mindset, quite adaptable, curios and a quick learner. You dare to challenge us in our way of working and has a desire to take initiative as well as being responsible for your own learning.

You are ambitious and ready to be part of our on-going effort to improve our high standards, including ensuring new ways of working are implemented smoothly. We operate in an international company and the position therefore requires proficiency in English and Danish.

As a person, you are known for a high commitment in finding constructive solutions as well as taking responsibility for your assignments. You have a structured approach to your work and always see your tasks through. You find energy in handling daily routine tasks, - it goes without saying you having a strong sense of quality as well as team spirit and you contribute positively to the well-being and balance of the team. You are known to be independent and decisive when the situation calls for it.
