Then you might be the person we are looking for in Device Manufacturing Development QA (DMD QA) in Hillerød.

About the department

In DMD QA we are 26 ambitious and highly qualified employees being responsible for assuring quality and compliance of all processes in Device Manufacturing Development (DMD). Both internally in DMD and in the rest of Novo Nordisk we have many key stakeholders due to the nature of the processes in Device Manufacturing Development. We are constantly improving our competences and our way of working by active focusing on simplicity, agility and collaboration for us to be able to deliver the best possible support to the business.

The position

In this position, you will have the possibility to be QA for the following processes; Design Control, Manufacturing Processes (Assembly, Packaging, Transportation and Plastic Moulding), Laboratories processes and the general Q-processes as Deviation, CAPA and Change Control.

As our QA professional, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class Quality Assurance by knowing the Regulatory Requirements and intentions behind and give proactive advice to our stakeholders to secure they deliver what is expected for our confirmation of compliance.

You will challenge and approve documentation based on risk evaluation with offset in regulatory and business requirements. Most situations, we expect you to handle independently and apply your confident subject matter knowledge to the tasks you are handling. You can identify better practice and create improvements to QA processes and have the ability to share and thereby let your colleagues learn and shine in future.

Qualifications

You have a master’s degree within pharmacy, engineering or similar and preferable 3-5 years of experience from the pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.

You are ambitious and ready to take on the responsibility in building trustful relations across the organisation. You use your excellent cooperation skills when you manage your stakeholders to ensure reaching solutions that will meet both requirements and stakeholder interests. You are well-organised, independent and have a flexible but firm approach when making decisions.
