I'm Søren Hedegaard, a seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of successful online startups, currently embarking on an exciting new venture designed to revolutionize exam preparation. Leveraging a proven concept validated through a mock landing page that demonstrated impressive engagement and cost-per-acquisition metrics, we're poised to disrupt the educational space.
The Role
As we transition from concept to reality, I'm in search of a dynamic Co-Founder/COO to spearhead the creation and operationalization of our platform. This role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to shape and grow a company from its foundational stages. You can work remote, but it makes sense that we also work some days from our office in Hillerød.
Responsibilities
Market Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify key features for our Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
Strategic Implementation: Devise efficient strategies/hacks to integrate essential features and content, optimizing for speed and cost-effectiveness.
Customer Engagement: Oversee customer service, ensuring our users' needs and feedback directly inform our development process.
Team Leadership: Recruit and manage a talented pool of freelancers for content creation and website UI/UX design.
Expectations
Rapid Execution: Your mission will be to have a sellable MVP ready within a month, setting the stage for rapid market entry.
Autonomous Leadership: You should excel in self-directed environments, leveraging resources like Google and ChatGPT to navigate challenges innovatively.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ideal candidates may be business students or possess relevant entrepreneurial experience, with a knack for 'hacking' solutions that prioritize progress over perfection.

Compensation: A modest salary complemented by a equity package, reflecting the value and trust placed in your role.
