Development of the company business application landscape to become truly data-driven is a permanent challenge we set ourselves. And for this, we are looking for a business architect that can design, monitor, and direct changes to our processes, systems, integrations, and reporting mechanisms. The position of Business Architect can be based in an office of Stibo Systems in Europe or the Americas.
The job
Global Operations is responsible to support the core business functions in Stibo System to work effectively and efficiently. We maintain a rich set of processes and information systems and provide customers, partners and internal teams with the information and reports when and where they need it. You are part of a team that looks after the company platform supporting all company business functions. You own the creation and extension of the company data model. You work with stakeholders across the globe.
Your primary objectives are as follows:
In the first 200 days with the company, your focus will be on building a framework for managing partner related information and moving the existing data sets into this. Travel activity of approximately 10 days per annum should be expected.

You would be working in a mixed, global team with a background in business processes and supporting applications. The team works closely with the field teams to understand the needs and providing (new) capabilities for servicing customers in the best possible way.

The job

- Manage current, and work towards future architectural business components (processes, data, systems, and mapping of them three, integrations) in business & technical terms
- Create, validate, and implement a logic (criteria) of mapping business requirements onto components of the company platform.
- Understanding the business processes and needs in Stibo Systems’ core business areas: Sell, Deliver and Support.
- Implement reports and dashboards that will support the business processes.
- Analyse & design business architecture to support the primary processes and company governance.
- Look for insights in our existing data and visualize the findings as actionable outputs.
- Create, validate, and implement a decision foundational matrix for managers and leaders. Understand and communicate Key performance indicators, business process performance and the actions they call for.

Furthermore, you have
- Five years of experience as architect in an enterprise environment with hands-on experience in integrations and platform configuration & testing activities
- TOGAF certification is a must.
- Familiar with business processes of a software company re-selling and implementing solutions for customers with partners involved.
- Understanding of business administrations
- Understanding KPI’s used in sales and delivery roles, and how they can be presented as actionable data driven communication.
- Knowledgeable about modern architectural frameworks, integration platforms, and s/w development languages
- Wish for and ability to convert data into actionable communication.
- Experience with Workday / Salesforce / STEP / SharePoint creates an advantage but not required.
