Experienced Business Improvement Manager to drive transformation within manufacturing and supply chain

Therefore, we are searching for an experienced Business Improvement Manager who want to drive our improvement journey at ALK, Product Support, Site Hørsholm
You will be based in Hørsholm and join our Product & Business Support department with direct report to our director of the unit and work closely together with site management to develop the business improvement ambition of the organization. The department is responsible for driving site improvements across, materials support, capacity, material & production planning, operational procurement, warehousing and shipping. We have a central role in the company with a high degree of collaboration with stakeholders across ALK. You will be part of a dedicated area with an informal environment and with good opportunities for personal development.

The position
As Business Improvement Manager you will be responsible for;
- facilitation of the business improvement site strategy development and for driving the deployment together with the VP and site management
- definition and execution of high complexity improvement projects
- business improvement organisational capability building
- promotion of continuous improvement thinking & culture
- business improvement support across the site including supporting with e.g. LEAN and Six Sigma tools and processes.
Qualifications
You have;
- an academic degree with at least 10 years of experience driving project management and LEAN transformations in a GMP production environment
- demonstrated your ability to develop and drive a improvement transformation strategy and deliver results through involvement of key stakeholder
- excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- solid experience within change management, LEAN Shop Floor management and tools and preferable also with Six Sigma tools.
- earlier been running coaching and training programs for managers and other employees within LEAN principles, Value Stream Mapping, Systematic Problem Solving A3, SMED and similar.
You are fluent in spoken and written Danish and English.
