Drive the embedded systems project
As senior project manager, you will be the driving force in our Embedded Systems project. Managing a multidisciplinary team, you are – in short – responsible for planning the project and ensuring a successful embedded product design that meets client needs.
To achieve this, you coach, facilitate and motivate your team members and communicate with key stakeholders, ensuring that the project objectives are understood and adopted. More specifically, you are responsible for:
Experienced project manager with a technical background
As a project manager, you are known for your interpersonal savviness and your ability to manage a complex network of internal and external stakeholders. Establishing trust is important to you, and you achieve this by leading in a decisive and supportive manner, showing empathy and explaining the reasons behind decisions. Moreover, you are highly analytical, and we imagine that you have:

Drive the embedded systems project
As senior project manager, you will be the driving force in our Embedded Systems project. Managing a multidisciplinary team, you are – in short – responsible for planning the project and ensuring a successful embedded product design that meets client needs.
To achieve this, you coach, facilitate and motivate your team members and communicate with key stakeholders, ensuring that the project objectives are understood and adopted. More specifically, you are responsible for:
- Establishing roles and responsibilities within the team as well as assigning tasks, facilitating meetings and setting up workshops
- Managing all the aspects of the Embedded System Development, from early concepting until the end-to-end solution has been demonstrated and launched in the agreed markets
- Making sure that embedded module can be manufactured in volume scale and in the most cost-efficient manner – in collaboration with a selected external partner
- Ensuring that the necessary support set-up and governance is established before product launch in order to support the product in the market
- Managing external development partners, making sure they are selected through a professional due diligence process and that necessary agreements are signed off in due time to support the overall project objectives, plan and time schedule
Experienced project manager with a technical background
As a project manager, you are known for your interpersonal savviness and your ability to manage a complex network of internal and external stakeholders. Establishing trust is important to you, and you achieve this by leading in a decisive and supportive manner, showing empathy and explaining the reasons behind decisions. Moreover, you are highly analytical, and we imagine that you have:
- A BSc or an MSc in engineering, e.g. in innovations, electrical engineering, hardware, software or IT systems
- Solid, demonstrated project management experience and broad knowledge of system integration and have worked with complex technical projects in a specialist role
- Experience from an R&D organisation where you have collaborated with external partners
- Worked with medical devices – if not, you have worked in a similarly regulated industry and have knowledge of QA and EHS systems and requirements
- Great communications skills and are fluent in English in speech and writing
