Join the R&D organisation
At our HQ in Humlebæk, you join our newly established Embedded Systems team in R&D. Here, you will play an important role in our efforts to incorporate embedded systems into our products.
In R&D, we are responsible for setting the direction for the product development across the organisation, and doing so, we help make a difference in the lives of people with intimate health care needs. Ensure the right verification approach for our embedded systems
As Verification Manager, you will be responsible for establishing our verification plan, putting into place a strategy that will ensure that requirements are met on our Embedded Systems Project.
In short, you will plan and control verification execution, collect and review verification results and make a top-level conclusion. All the while working closely with various verification partners ranging from colleagues from different departments to our external partners. In more detail, your key tasks will be to:
Experience with product and system verification
One of your key tasks will be to make sure that product maturity and quality is understood throughout the verification stage. Therefore, you will need to be able to interact easily at all levels of an organisation as well as have the ability to explain what needs to be done and why in a clear-cut manner.
You never compromise on quality, and using your rigorous analytical logic, you have a knack for solving difficult problems with effective solutions, always looking beyond the obvious. Likewise, you know that it sometimes takes persistence and persuasion to get people on board if we have to take extra measures to ensure we get the right end results.

Ensure the right verification approach for our embedded systems
As Verification Manager, you will be responsible for establishing our verification plan, putting into place a strategy that will ensure that requirements are met on our Embedded Systems Project.
In short, you will plan and control verification execution, collect and review verification results and make a top-level conclusion. All the while working closely with various verification partners ranging from colleagues from different departments to our external partners. In more detail, your key tasks will be to:
- Create an overall verification strategy and top-level plan, working closely with the System Integrator to make sure requirements are covered by verification
- Align the plan with different technical areas (e.g. electronics, software, etc.) and review lower-level plans across the product
- Establish a clear communication structure for both internal and external verification partners, including a plan for meetings, documentation and data sharing needed to plan and follow up on the verification
- Follow up on the test execution, identify areas where further testing is needed and report the progress and success rate to management
- Review and approve test reports from technical areas and create a top-level verification report with a summary of results, the success rate and the verification coverage
Experience with product and system verification

- You are specialised in embedded systems and have a BSc or an MSc in electrical engineering or similar
- You have solid experience working with testing, verification or verification management and have worked with multidisciplinary R&D projects where external partners were involved
- You have knowledge of testing techniques and best practices, ISTQB certification is considered a plus
- You have worked with medical devices – if not, you have worked in a similarly regulated industry
- You have great communications skills and are fluent in English in both speech and writing
