DK Company in Ikast is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing Key Account Management team. We are already working with the largest marketplaces and the primary role for our coming Business Development Manager is to grow our accounts and expand to more platforms and countries with the right priority and importance. The ideal candidate is constantly focused on growing relationships with clients through accurate execution and delivering an exceptional client experience. You will be responsible for DK Company’s marketplace business for a wide range of fashion brands.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build winning partnerships to grow sales and profit
- Build out and expand new channels taking a central role in the onboarding process of new partners ensuring that our setup, systems and operational capabilities meet the standards
- Assure the best possible internal processes in cooperation with IT, marketing, logistics and brands
- Optimize and forecast sales, sell through and conversion targets across our marketplaces
- Assure and analyze the optimal assortments for each marketplace by following and monitoring all KPI’s
- Lead the commercial part of the agreement with the partners
YOUR PROFILE
You are passionate about fashion and e-commerce platforms and the opportunities they provide. You have a proactive mindset and are curious with a desire to constantly learn and improve. You thrive in a work environment where the spirit is high, and no two days are the same, always ready to meet the exciting challenges each day brings and being hands-on in all processes.
Your skills and experience include:
- At least 3 years of experience with e-commerce and marketplace business. It is an advantage if you have experience in onboarding to new marketplaces
- Strong negotiator being able to develop strong win-win solutions with brands and marketplaces
- Excellent skills in building and maintaining solid business relationships
- Experience in growing marketplace sales
- Data driven mindset with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders
- Good understanding of digital marketing including campaigns, CCP ensuring most profitable sales
- Fluent in English. Danish and German would be an advantage
