Reporting to the Head of Brands Portfolio Office, the role entails close cooperation with executive management whom you will support with a full suite of management information and analysis to enable sound decision-making and the successful delivery of business outcomes. You will work with great number of stakeholders and colleagues in a large variety of positions and the role is enabling you to build a great network within the AP Moller-Maersk group.
• Support executive management with management information and drive sound business decisions
• Act as a proactive portfolio partner that engages and challenges status quo to drive value delivery and business outcomes together with respective partners and transformation officers
• Drive planning, orchestration and execution of portfolio management processes like demand management, value performance tracking and investment decision making
• Offers sparring and conducts quarterly business and performance reviews
• Detects opportunities and drives change improving functional overall operating model
• Contribute to the Portfolio development roadmap
As the ideal candidate you need to have proven track record within Agile Portfolio management, min. 3-5 years of experience from management consulting or an international company. Experience with financial and change management.
We expect that you to have strong independent drive and goal-orientation as well as a high level of self-confidence and integrity, combined with the ability to meet deadlines through prioritizing and organizing activities.
It is also a fundamental requirement to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be fully capable of thriving on assuming responsibility and achieving results – independently and as part of a team.
