Deliver on Nøie’s ambitious sustainability strategy
We aren't just driven by double-digit growth and international scaling. We are also committed to becoming actively sustainable. Over the short-term, our goal is to remove more CO2 from the atmosphere than we emit. Over the long-term, we aim to be 100 percent circular in everything we do. Our mission is to improve quality of life for people with skin issues by creating the best customised skincare products in the world. Play a key role in executing and developing our ambitious sustainability strategy and creating the world’s best skincare products through customisation
Some of the projects that you will be responsible for are:
You will be reporting directly to our co-founder and CFO — Chief Footprint Officer, as part of the Sustainability and Business Development team. You will be the first sustainability professional on a growing team with personal and professional growth opportunities and responsibility from day one.
We value fun, freedom, expertise, dedication, and teamwork, and we invest in each other. The role is the first of its kind at Nøie — an extension to the team as part of our growth strategy.

We're looking for a person with 2+ years of professional experience and a proven track-record of making sustainable change in a startup or corporate setting. In your motivational letter, please emphasise the results that you have created in other organisations.
You should be passionate and motivated by solving some of the greatest sustainability challenges in the world through business.
Personality-wise we are looking for an outgoing, proactive team player with great interpersonal skills.

- Traceable ingredients – we want to trace all our ingredients from extraction to finished product

- Investments in removing CO2 – we want to remove more CO2 from the atmosphere than we emit

- Building a raw material traceability system to trace our ingredients
- Building an online resource universe where we'll share our sustainability discoveries for others to learn from
- Calculating our carbon footprint and work towards reductions
- Building and testing a take-back recycling program and a closed-loop recycling program
- Publishing our annual impact report
- Developing our future sustainability strategy
